1. What is RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy)?

RTT is a powerful subconscious-focused therapy that combines hypnosis, regression, NLP, and other cognitive techniques to uncover and release the root cause of emotional or behavioral patterns. It helps create fast and lasting change—often in just one session.

This is the Marisa Peer Method. She became Britain’s #1 Therapist.

Rapid Transformational Therapy has emerged as a distinct approach that aims to deliver permanent change in a single 90-minute session. Although some clients and some issues will need up to three sessions, RTT is particularly useful with issues such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, fears and phobias, sexual problems, childhood trauma, PTSD, and C-PTSD.

RTT is the method that truly empowers clients by using a technique called Roll, Function, Purpose. It honors and values, and validates the issues/problems, and then offers a powerful emotional release for them so that they can be free from pain.

RTT also uses a technique called Command Cell Therapy as a modality for purposefully healing the body using the power of your mind.

RTT resolves “unfinished business”, meaning it is a technique for addressing the trauma that clients have been holding on to for years. Upgrading the child offers a therapeutic space for dialogue and communication to reach the innerstanding, and inner workings of your mind.

As the client, you’re uncovering the meaning and interpretation of events and then reframing them. This leads to permanent, powerful change because once the mind understands something, it can never go back.

RTT enables the mind to tell the body what to do (such as work on achieving health, turn fear into excitement, become indifferent to junk food, cigarettes, and even alcohol). It can tell the body how to react, how to feel, and improve the message the body sends back to the mind.

Marisa Peer, who designed RTT, has been voted Britain’s Best Therapist. She has been made a fellow of the National College of Psychotherapists because of her contribution to the world of therapy, and she has addressed the Royal Society of Medicine. She is passionate about making therapy easier, with faster and better results for everyone.

I would love to work with you and would be delighted to provide this to anyone who’s been let down by conventional medicine. We have a better solution now. Please watch the practice videos with Marisa on my homepage, and that will show exactly what your session will be like.

2. How does an RTT session work?

You’ll relax into a light, natural state of hypnosis (similar to daydreaming). From there, we explore the subconscious mind. I have the proven steps, the road map. Your subconscious mind has all the answers and has been recording everything that has ever happened to you in your entire life.

We only work on what you decide, and all those questions are on the permission form you fill out before your session. Your mind will never betray you and will not bring up anything you’re not ready to deal with. You’re perfectly safe because this is a proven method with strict steps to follow, but it’s your story.

Only you have the answers.

3. Do I need more than one session?

Most clients experience a major shift after just one session. However, some choose follow-up sessions for deeper layers, multiple issues, or continued support.

4. Will I be asleep or lose control during hypnosis?

No. You’re awake, aware, and fully in control the entire time. You can talk, move, and remember everything afterward. Hypnosis in RTT is simply a state of relaxed, focused attention. Your focus is on and in your subconscious mind, but you are fully conscious. Once you see how your mind connects, you can’t unsee it, and you’ll be able to continue strengthening that ability.

5. What can RTT help with?

RTT is effective for a wide range of issues, including:

  • Anxiety & overthinking
  • Low confidence or self-esteem
  • Trauma or emotional blocks
  • Stress & burnout
  • Fear patterns
  • Relationship and attachment issues
  • Weight, sleep, or self-sabotage habits
  • And more

If your issue has an emotional or belief component, RTT can help.

6. How long is a session?

A typical RTT session lasts 90 minutes. I’ll guide you through each step so you feel supported and prepared. You fill out your permission form beforehand, we take 10 to 15 minutes to go over your form, and then I’ll immediately have you relax, breathe, and go deeper.

7. What happens after the session?

You’ll receive a customized audio recording to reinforce the new beliefs. Listening daily for 21 days strengthens and integrates the transformation.

8. Is RTT safe?

Yes. RTT is safe, gentle, and widely used worldwide. It works with your mind—not against it—and you are always in control.

9. Do online RTT sessions work as well as in-person?

Absolutely. RTT is highly effective over Zoom. Many clients prefer online sessions because they can relax at home and have the same powerful results.

10. What if I’m nervous or don’t “go deep” enough?

You don’t need to go “deep.” As long as you can relax and follow my voice, the session will work. Many people who worry they can’t relax end up having strong breakthroughs.

11. How soon will I notice results?

Clients typically see results in one of three ways:

  • Immediate — a noticeable shift right away
  • Cumulative — changes build over days or weeks
  • Retrospective — you suddenly realize the old issue is gone

All are normal and valid.

12. What’s the investment?

RTT is a premium therapeutic modality because of its fast, lasting results. Pricing is available on my booking page or by request.
