Imposter syndrome, lack of motivation, anxiety, depression, brain fog, all of it traced back to the same thing: unresolved beliefs that I didn’t know how to shift.
Even my perfectionism was a symptom. I used to clean obsessively, force myself to do everything “perfectly,” because deep down, I believed nothing I did was ever enough.
